The apex Igbo sociocultural organization, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, on Sunday, called on President Bola Tinubu to withhold funds meant for local governments in Nigeria due to the actions of state governors.
The body said state governors are arm-twisting local government chairmen over council funds.
