Abdullahi Baffa Bichi, the Secretary to the Kano State Government (SSG), has openly disassociated himself from a campaign reportedly aimed at creating a rift between Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf and Kwankwasiyya movement leader, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.
According to reports, the campaign, allegedly tied to Bichi, has been pushing for the governor to assert independence from Kwankwaso’s influence.
However, after a closed-door meeting with Governor Yusuf and Kwankwasiyya leaders, Bichi clarified that he has no connection to the group behind the campaign.
