Mr Christopher Maikalangu, the Chairman, Abuja Municipal Area Council, AMAC, has frowned at the attitude of residents dumping refuse in drainage.
Briefing newsmen after inspecting projects in some communities within the council on Wednesday, Maikalangu said they would begin enforcement of punitive sanctions against defaulters
Specifically, the AMAC boss said defaulters would be made to pay a fine to serve as a deterrent to others.
