Justice Salim Olasupo of the Federal High Court sitting in Gusau has turned down an Exparte application filed by a member of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Imam Auwal, praying the Court for an order to stop the party’s National Executive Committee meeting.
The court, instead, ordered that all the processes should be served on all the defendants in the matter.
The meeting is scheduled for October 24, 2024.
The PDP and the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, are first and second defendants, respectively.
