President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday appointed Dr Nentawe Yilwatda to replace the suspended Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Betta Chimaobim Edu.
TheNewsGuru.com(TNG) reports that Edu’s replacement came as part of the restructuring of ministries and ministerial portfolios approved by the Federal Executive Council (FEC).
Recall that in January, Edu was suspended after she ordered the transfer of N585.2 million into the private bank account of a civil servant, who is the accountant in charge of grants for Vulnerable Nigerians.
