In a tragic development from Plateau State, two students were reportedly killed in an ambush by gunmen along Kurra Falls in the Gashish District, Barkin Ladi Local Government Area.

The victims, identified as Obadiah Daryan, aged 25, from the National Veterinary Research Institute (NVRI) Vom, and Ezekiel Monday, aged 21, of Government Senior Secondary School (GSSS) Gashish, were attacked while riding a motorcycle to Barkin Ladi town.
