President Bola Tinubu has extended his condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of the late Professor Humphrey Nwosu, former Chairman of the National Electoral Commission (NEC), who passed away in a hospital in the United States on October 24.
Nwosu served as the chairman of NEC from 1989 to 1993, during which he oversaw the landmark June 12, 1993 presidential election, later annulled by General Ibrahim Babangida.
