Nigerian comic actor, John Okafor popularly known as Mr Ibu, narrated the heartbreaking story of how he almost died after he was poisoned several times by one of his staff who alleged were paid by his kinsmen to kill him.
Sharing his story in an interview with Nigizietv, Mr Ibu mentioned that if not for God, he would have been history by now.
Mr Ibu said the poison made his stomach swollen to the extent that moving his legs were impossible at the time. He also stated that he was placed on medication which began to help reduce the size of his stomach.
