A popular activist and lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, has disclosed that singer and social media sensation, Darlington Okoye, aka Speed Darlington, is being detained by the Nigerian Police Force in Abuja.
Henzodaily reports that Adeyanj revealed that Speed Darlington, also known as Akpi, was arrested based on a petition written by Grammy Award-winning artist, Damini Ogulu, also known as Burna Boy.
The lawyer stated that Akpi was arrested in Lagos last Friday and subsequently transferred to Abuja, where he has remained in detention.
