Chelsea captain Reece James has suffered a fresh hamstring injury setback.
Blues manager Enzo Maresca confirmed on Thursday that James “felt something” in training on Tuesday and they do not want to take any risks with him given his injury history.
James has only recently returned after missing the start of the season but he is now facing another spell on the sidelines.
He will miss Saturday’s trip to Leicester but Maresca said hopefully it is not something long.
