COPS have arrested a third person on suspicion of murder after a dad died when he was hit by a car on Christmas Day.
Kirk Marsden, 37, was struck by a Toyota Land Cruiser outside the Gate bar on Moorgate street in Blackburn, Lancashire, on Wednesday, where he suffered serious injuries.
